These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, games, and related services. In this document, "Brag Team" refers collectively to “bragarena.com”, Brag, and Brag Software Publishing.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase virtual currency, or use the services independently.
• Minor Access: Individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the services only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
• Parental Responsibility: The supervising adult is solely responsible for all activities conducted by the minor, including any financial transactions, communication with other players, and adherence to the Code of Conduct.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Photos

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including profile pictures and media.

•  Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or displaying any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive.
• Copyrighted Material: You must own or have the legal right to use any images or media you upload. Unauthorized use of intellectual property belonging to others is a violation of these Terms.
• Monitoring:Brag Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor, review, and remove any content without prior notice if it is deemed to violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency (Diamonds) and Digital Assets

The Game offers virtual currency ("Diamonds"), digital assets (e.g., skins, badges, items), and premium services.

• No Cash Value: All virtual assets and currency are provided as a limited, personal, and revocable license for use within the game only. They have no "real world" monetary value.
•  Non-Convertible & Non-Refundable: Diamonds and other digital assets cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Forfeiture: If an account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, all associated virtual currency and assets are forfeited immediately and will not be compensated by Brag Team.

4. Payments via HitPay and Maya

• Third-Party Providers:Brag Team utilizes HitPay and Maya as external payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

•  Secure Transactions:Brag Team does not store full credit card numbers or e-wallet credentials on its servers. Transactions are handled through the secure interfaces of HitPay and Maya.

   

5. Account Security and Unauthorized Access

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all actions taken through your account.
• Unauthorized Charges:Brag Team is not liable for unauthorized purchases made through your account, including those made by minors or third parties who have gained access to your device, password, or linked payment methods (such as Maya e-wallets or saved cards).
• Notification: You must notify Brag Team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Code of Conduct and Fair Play

To maintain a fair and safe environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Exploits and Cheating: You may not use bugs, glitches, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse and Harassment: Bullying, hate speech, threats, or the harassment of other players will result in immediate account termination.
• Illegal Activity: The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or the distribution of malicious software.

7. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided by Brag Team on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brag Team and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruptions in service.

8. Amendments

Brag Team reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
